Every activity of human life involves not just the body alone, but also demands the involvement of the mind. As where body, mind at all times conduct its activities such as: saving impression, the impression process, remembering, responding to the impression, imagination, analysis, synthesis and even dialectic create things and solve problems creatively. Like the body, mind activity is very high if not balanced with adequate rest will cause tension of the mind (Mind Stress).
Tensions mind if allowed to drag will cause a weak memory, difficulty in concentrating, difficulty thinking, having difficulty sleeping disorders and often results in nightmares during sleep.
To maintain his health, the mind needs rest. The mind can be rested with Relaxation Mind (Mind Relaxation). Mind Relaxation process can be done by way of Meditation Zero Mind Process. In Zero Mind Process Meditation, Mind temporarily rested from its activities, the mind is stopped for:

How to rest our minds?
Before knowing how we have to relax or rest your mind, let us first identify exactly how our minds.
Mind (mind) is comprised of several layers of consciousness, namely:
The conscious mind (consiousness mind), this layer of the mind directly into contact with the outside world, through the mediation of sensory equipment and motor equipment.
The subconscious mind (subconsiousness mind), this is a deeper layer of the mind. Here develops the ability of the human intellect. The mind is the result of the performance of the human brain. At work producing thoughts, our brains all the time generating electrical impulses known as brainwaves (brainwave). Waves generated by the human brain there are four kinds:
Beta with a frequency of 12-25 cps, is the highest brain wave frequency, the rhythm of rapid and irregular, a clear indication of a state of chaos and not peaceful. Beta is produced by the process of conscious thought. We use beta to think, interact, and live everyday life. Together with other waves, the beta is needed in the creative process. No beta, all the creativity which is a result of supra-conscious mind will remain locked, without being able actualized and realized. Although beta is a very important element of the condition of our consciousness, when our consciousness is dominated only by the type of wave is purely, without combination with other brain waves are lower, it will produce a life filled with anxiety, tension and thought processes that chaotic.
Alpha with a frequency of 8-12 cps, is a type of brain wave frequency is slightly lower than the beta. Alpha associated with a relaxed state of mind and relaxed. Alpha in the human condition is in a state of quiet but alert. In such circumstances the mind can see the mental picture is very clear and can feel the sensation with the five senses of what is happening or seen in the mind. Theta is the brain wave frequencies in the range of 4-8 cps, which is produced by the subconscious mind. Theta occurs when we dream. All the material mind, both related to positive and negative emotions stored in the subconscious mind. Negative emotions are not resolved by either going into the subconscious mind, and become a psychological burden. If we can reduce our brainwaves to theta level, we will succeed to experience solitude, tranquility, depth and the peak of happiness.
Delta brainwaves are the lowest frequency, ie in the range between 0.1-4 cps. This is frequency from outside the conscious mind, this state we experience when we sleep soundly. Where the brain produces delta waves just so we can rest and recover physical condition. With a very deep meditation, brain waves can be reduced to some extent even to the extent of delta brain waves are no longer emit (frequency 0 Hz). In such circumstances, increased energy levels and ecstasy in the stronger, until finally the mind silent or zero total mind.
