In Rouen, at the end of the Seventies, Mongo Beti, celebrates Cameroonian writer had creates the Black Peoples editions African People, where it made live a whole work of information, intelligence and exchanges, as a pioneer of resistance in manner of France Africa (this immersed part, outlaw, iceberg of the Franco-African relations).

This meeting between Rene Vautier and François-Xavier Verschave (in company of Soeuf Elbadawi, journalist and Comorian author) in October 2003 in Rouen east thus a whole symbol. France with money works citizen, carried out on this occasion, without great means, but through courage and determination (the 6 year old fruit of work) immortalize this event single and invaluable.
