Microsoft has ruled the roost for sometime now?why? the answer is simple ,It is easy to use and unsderstand and more importantly it is the most common one.However, once there is a problem with the browser ranging from security settings to pop ups to any problem we end up scratching our heads and ask ourselves the same old question..What can I do to fix it?or perhaps
Who can fix it? Can I get something from Microsoft to fix it? Well an

Support.Microsoft.com which has a
mindboggling database for solutions to the problems But can I get a solution to my problem from here..The answer is perhaps
No if I am not tech savvy as most of us are not.Most of us may be good with the usage of the computer but not great with the technical stuff.
The website should have been a boon for most of our
common problems but
it does not give us the solution for most of our general problems which we need support for rather it asks for thje error messages or some technical things which most of us cannot understand.So what is the use of support when most of microsofts customer base cannot understand the support available or in some cases cannot even search
the relevant problem on the web page.
Reaching the top is a great achievement but if you have to stay at the top then you need to constantly reinvent yourself and improve all the time..its high time that
microsoft understands that if it has to staty at the top then providing user friendly
software would not do they have to give user
friendly support also or there competitors who have chased them for all these years will get ahead.
