A
Sailing tour of Madagasgar in October 2006?
Modern sailing is an active and ecologically friendly sport that is rapidly and successfully developing in many modern
countries, across the social and professional divides. It's also a novel and inclusive tool for communication that encourages, motivates and knits together teams. In these countries, the development of the
nautical industry generates jobs in diverse areas. These range from training in naval construction to carpentry, joinery, craft work, tourism and the export business. On Madagascar the nautical industry is very underdeveloped. The initiative is required to make this activity open to all for it to be of benefit to the country. Madagascar, with its 5000 kilometres of coastline boasts exceptional assets which are currently underused, nor does it lack beaches, each more wonderful than the last, nor islets, like mini pardises. Moreover the climate is very favourable for sailing.
