ADDICTION TO
TECHNOLOGY AMONG- TEENAGERS, TAKES AWAY FROM STUDIES’
The term ‘Technology’ which originated from the Greek word
‘Tekhnologia’ means ‘systematic treatment’.
One of the greatest revolutions of Indian history is taking
place right now under our nose, and this revolution is being engineered by the
dynamic Indian youth. It is only youth, who is the cause of developing
technologies by studying hard then how can we blame the technologies are the
reason that dash the studies. There is a torrential flow of talent- call it
knowledge power or by any other name- hardly matters.
If the Indian
youth today is out to give their best to the
rest of the world, they are better than the youth elsewhere since they are heirs
to an immortal legacy. The west and the rest of the
world is fast “Discovering”
India.
Indian
TEENAGERS have proved themselves to be assets of our
country. Every year, near about 4,50,000 turn graduates in engineering from IIT
and IIM. These are the world- class institutions which produce students who are
the future of our country.
However, the technologies are produced by young talents and
are now enjoyed internationally as well. That represents India
as a talented country all over the world.
Here is India,
a world in itself that has a cutting-edge over the rest of the world. If we
consider the latest technologies which include: - GPRS enabled cell phones,
DVDs, P IVs and so on. Let’s take the e.g. of cell phones which were earlier
restricted to only incoming and outgoing calls but today a cell phone is our
music system, internet and everything. DVDs are aptly known as digital
versatile disc which is a gen- next technology. Engineers at Greater Noida at
India’s only world- class optical storage media plant have produced test
quantities of DVDs, which will pack in five times as much data, music or video
content, as today’s DVDs- and nearly 40 times more than today’s CDs can hold.
This is just thumbnail version of technologies and talent of
our Indian teenagers. This proves, that 21st century belongs to ’The
Indian Youth’.
This is the result of the higher
STUDIES and hard labour
done by the teenagers, then how can we conclude that ‘Addiction to technology
among –teenagers, takes away from studies’?
