AFFECT OF CALL CENTER ON INDIAN CULTURE
India is a land of varied culture where people from different states,religion and languages live together and induction of call center is also welcomed.It had made the young generation of our country to be more open ,more professional,&more financially independent and overall a good citizen with better clarity of thoughts because the thought process is directly linked with the attitude of a person. It recruit professionals from varios fields such as for technical support executive it recruit professionals from technical background in computersand for customer support executive ther recruit professional from technical or non-technical background.
It also has various other fields such as tele-marketing,sales,marketing,accounts etc.Good communication skill is a must for all categoties.
