publicity way - those like "call immediately", you connect to your body before lie down. It is much simpler, tastier and easier than that. Sleepiness is as much important as equalified alimentation and typical methods associated to it used to loose weight, which means sleeping well does not only hep on loosing weight but also guarantees better life''s quality. This issue is becoming more important, each day, between specialists. There are already studies which connect sleepiness absent to work accidents and low resistance to stress and infections, beside a relation with some diseases like depression and obesity. Two north american studies, from Chicago''s and Colombia''s Universities pointed a reverse relation between a short repose period and the enlarging of CMI - Corporal Mass Index. A research realized in Brazil by a Pneumologist called Denis Martinez, Sleepiness''s Clinic founder, in Porto Alegre, confirms american''s study results. According to him, "The one who sleeps five or less hours per night has three more chances of becoming obese.".
