Callcenters in the Philippines is a blossoming industry. One company alone is employing about Ten Thousand (10,000) agents in its operation in the country.Where its agents are receiving between $600-$1,200 per month. The company will perform a suite of marketing research services for an unidentified customer described as a Top 50 Company in the States. It will perform Brand and Image Tracking Research,Competitive Marketplace Research,Customer Retention Research,Reporting and Analytics,Results Portal Development,Executive Dashboard and Decision Sciences. Emerging technology which is making our world smaller, more open and more visible as more people use technology to cut through complexity. By allowing more and more people to have access to technology,a digital evolution is sparked that enables human beings to help one another and allowing corporations and other institutions to help and identify the global problem of poverty and hunger.
Before, there was much Brain Drain going on in this country the Philippines, most graduates are planning to go abroad to seek for greener pasture. Now, more and more students are enrolling in the field of Information Technology. Each hoping to land in a good company come graduation but the trend now is much more different.Every graduate this time would like to work in their mother land because of a better pay from these Call Centers which is fast growing . With the help of the goverment through TESDA, most graduates are assured of a better high paying jobs that can really support a family. Please don't forget to rate me after reading this article. Thank you very much!
