celebrates
rejection but it
definitely succeeds in finding the humour in it and making you feel better about it. It's really funny, even if you don't belong to the coterie of rejected writers, the sob-stories on this site are super-entertaining. Nah, I'm not talking about sadism, it's just that they make you laugh. For example the welcoming page contains links like Read 'em and weep, Share your misery, The Reject's rag (a magazine of reject letters that you can subscribe to!) and Question my authority (a hilarious substitute for the boring 'About' in any site)! The rejection letters are listed under magazines, newspapers, publishers, art galleries, fellowships and others. The funniest part is the rejected writer's comments though. The comical ire really gets to you! And of course, you can submit your own sob-stories. There are also celeb interviews on how they dealt with their initial rejections, which should lift you out of the depths of your rejection despair! Do have pictures enabled though, the entire site is based on pics.
