I was about to put away my two Pens for Poetry my Awards fairly recently recieved though not presented at a Public Presentation
Event unlike some poets I read about, when ITN blogged the news that the Peace Envoi To The Mid East Mr Tony Blair former Prime Minister of the UK & Northern Ireland has been heavily
criticized for not leaving his hotel in Jerusalem when he was staying there.
Oddly enough in a private capacity if there is such a concern then I didnt leave my Hotel at all in
Istanbul and I must admit I did get the odd word of criticism from some who thought I should be out walking in Istanbul ...... thats an authors walk I guess but I would need Writers In Company with me!
Mr Blair has just returned to Gaza and is speaking as the Peace Envoi to the Mid East in Gaza thus the blog tonight .......... its 2 years since Tony Blair was appointed to this Post and it was I guess in 2007 ... nice work .. keep on writing ..
