Express the gravity of the situation — without alienating the customer.
Whats not to do : Don't ever use offensive language, watch your words , yet be firm and determined.
C.Negotiate New Payment Terms -
Work with your customers directly — and turn to collection agencies as a last resort.
Hint: Avoid Difficult Customers from the Start - know your costumer before you make business with him, you don't want to get a healthy head into a sick bad.
