I personally use this site for

transactions and i am pretty much pleased with the performance of the site.It is a site upon which you can blindly believe upon as it is a subsidiary of ebay.The most important reason why i like this site is that now a days is a time when online hacking has reached its peak point where your credit cards can easily be hacked by hackers while you transact online but paypal gives you the freedom to link your credit card to their site and buy things easily without exposing your card.In my point of view it is the greatest advantage of paypal.Another important reason for using this site is that you can actually invest money in the site that is the paypal balance and can earn interests.I also have the paypal debit card by the help of which i am withdrawing money from different atm without any difficulty.
Though these are some positives of this site but the thing which i do not like is their high fees.And also some times the account gets suspended without any reason.
But overall for secure online transactions i recommend to use this site to prevent your self from hacking.
