Helium Knowledge is one of those wonderfully addictive sites. Basically, people ask
questions about anything at all. What's
the best way to lose weight?; Do Tarot cards work?; Is it possible to make money gambling? and so on. Whether you want to know the meaning of life or the meaning of a word, this is the site to go to. Once a
question is posted, it is then answered by other visitors to the site. The answers are then rated, with the most useful first.
Another aspect of this site - besides asking
questions - is that you can actually make a bit of money answering them. If you post an answer to a question, and then somebody clicks on your response, you earn a little bit of advertising revenue, usually between half a cent and one-and-a-half cents.
This is one of those eccentric sites where you can lose yourself for hours. It's certainly well worth a visit.
