Fats those are good for us are olive oil, saffola, sunflower, peanut, rapeseed,canola. Omega3 fatty acids found in fish, walnuts, almonds,flax seeds are very beneficial to our health. Consuming these daily will keep our heart healthy and cholesterol low.
