Life is precious, life is important. But due to some reasons people are unable to live it to the full extent, with happiness.
The most common reason is a serious disease or fatal ailment. One such disease is the HEART DISEASE (HD). There are many ways to have a heart disease. A common one amongst these ways is to have high blood
cholesterol and high blood
triglycerides. Cholesterol is very essential for our body but in a limited quantity and some is with the triglycerides or excess oils and fats. These, when large in amount, do not help the body but start accumulating in the blood arteries. Growing larger and larger, they start blocking the passage of blood in the arteries, leading to fatal heart diseases; such as Angina, Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), Ischaemic Heart Disease (IHD), etc.; or even Heart Attack leading to a painful death.
People who do not exercise at all such as clerks, officers, executives, sedentary businessmen, lawyers, doctors, bankers, etc. with a busy schedule are more prone to HD then labourers, porters, farmers, athletes, or people going to office by cycle because the former group does no physical exercise and the latter does. Day by day they consume high cholesterol food and one day come to know about the disease. It is because of lack of knowledge. People who eat Non-Veg are more likely to have a HD than those who are Veg. But that does not give the vegetarians a bonus as then they depend mostly on rich cholesterol and triglyceride milk and its products. Many oil companies say that triglycerides are good for health. Yes, but in a limited quantity. Anything in excess leads to danger. Example – over exercising, more work no sleep, eating more when not feeling hungry, etc. The same way extra cholesterol and triglycerides kill.
Foods that contain high cholesterol are egg yolk, meat of any kind (mutton, beef, chicken, pork – both red and white meat, fish), milk and its products such as cream, butter, ice-cream, chocolate, curd, etc.. People who have heart blockages opt for Bypass Surgery, but what is the need. What a person needs is exercise. Daily exercising etc. keeps you fit and if you love eating the above-mentioned foods, you can do so but accordingly you should exercise.
Some people exercise regularly, then also have heart problems because they do not keep an account of how much and what they eat and how much they spend. Its like a bank account. You deposit a lot and spend little, increasing your chances to pay higher taxes and an income tax raid (tax means your happy life). Some other things that lead to heart diseases are sleep deprivation, smoking, stressful life, overworking.
Thus to keep a healthy lifeline one should keep in account what he/she is eating and what he/she is spending. Also a point to be noted is that it is not important that only fat people have heart diseases. Blockages in arteries can be there in thin people as well.If you take care of your bank account, you will notice high profits, thus increasing your wealth. After all your Health is Your Wealth.
