According to the Xinhua net, Henan channel, on July 12,
news came that in 2006, there will be 4,000,000 college
students to well up to seek
employment, but the employment
rate, acrodding to conservative estimate, will only be
able to maintain 70%. Although the employment situation is
so stern, 30% college students have broken a promise. The
following three reasons for this situation have been proven
true: Reason one: For better development; Reason
two: Company's pledge has not cashed; Reason three: Have
to leave the city. In view of this kind of uncoordinated
employment bureau potential,different people have different
opinions: Some people said that, they are one generation
who lack faith; Some people said they are have grand plans
but little skill;Also some people said they are one
generationwho are frail moved, not after wind and rain .
No matter what they said, college students lives their own
choice. With the increasement of the situation, every
college or university ,or employer has picked to take some
disciplinary punishment to punish the behavior through
specific stipulations and concret procedures, however these
measures can not move the foundation, because the deficient
of good faith was not the primary factor which causes to
break a promise. most students who break a promise because
they are lack of the unit's understanding and their own
locates , and they are lack of the occupation plan. If the
govenment can make some rules, in the machine-made
stratification carrying on the
legislation, through the
legal system track and legislation processing, the
phenomenon should be able to reduce.
