CHICKEN
FRY in a simple way.
Ingredients:
Chicken pieces, Black pepper,
Garam Masala, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Lemon juice and vegetables.<
Garam Masala consists of cinamon, clove, cummim and bay leaves>
Method: Mix one teaspoon of all the powders and two teaspoons of lemon juce and boil with a little water.Take this mixture and mix it with the chicken.Leave it for half an hour or longer if oyu desire.Now heat oil in a wok and fry chicken pieces till golden brown. Serve hot with mint, tomato amd onion rings.
