A Group of Conservatives in the US has launched a Campaign against Hotels in the US that provide their guests with Pornographic
TV Channels available to them for an extra fee. This Group even demanded of the F.B.I to conduct an Investigation on this matter. They find it to be unacceptable that these hotels, who host families (Mom, Dad and 1.2
Children on average) offers a
service of this sort. Let's not forget that this could corrupt the minds of the 1.2 children (especially the 0.2 child). "Surprisingly" enough, the Launcher of this Campaign used to be a Porn addict himself...Well, one can understand the grievance about pornographic TV channels at an extra fee when it comes to hotels. "Extra Fee"? Aren't people paying enough already for the room? Isn't it bad enough that some hotels have seized to put those small shampoo bottles and soapes that make such a nice souvenier for that unforgetable family vacation? And what is the couple supposed to do now before going to bed? have a conversation? play scrabble? read a book? Watch a chick-flick ?...The F.B.I. did not make a statement about this particular Campaign and just replied, that the organization is comitted to enforcing the law. Perhaps the F.B.I. prefers to look into the pornography channels themselves before they take an official stand. It would be unprofessional to rely on hearsay alone, now wouldn;t it? Some of the Hotels in Kentucky and Ohio have been compliant to this demand, and stopped providing this service on their premises. Thank God for people who deal with the Subjects that "really" matter nowadays...
