Insurance company maxnewyorklife provide good
products but services are pathetic.
Once products are sold, the agents
does not bother to contact you. Agents keep on changing. They do not even calculate the premium correctly. I had to ask them to make the corrections.
Their network in different cities is not interconnected. Main office does not know whats going in
peripheral branch. Though the peripheral branch assures that message has been updated but still the company main office keeps on sending you the uncorrected things.
They have good
products but lack in professionalism and sincerety. They are more interested in seeling their products but not interetsted in keeping their customers satisfied.
