Have you ever, when you were on the street,
thought about the person beside you? Have you ever thought if it was happy or
soffering inside? In the other day i was sitting here, in a ice-cream store right next to my house and started talking with a man that usually goes there. He started to say to me that he was depressed because of a woman. He lefted his wife of 24 years with 3 children, to have an adventure with a younger girl. He loved her, he still does. His eyes shine when he talks about her. They married without the knoledge of anyone and for 4 years they were a couple. Her
parents never
thought that their daughter married to her boss. A while ago, Samuel (unreal name), asked her to talk to her parents so he could say how he felt about her. She denied. She said she didn't want to hurt her parents and she didn't want to loose him. He decided to break up, but before that she already took everything out of their house and left. He got really bad, thought of dying, comitting suicide, kidnap her.. who knows what more? But yet he just stood still and suffered. Can anyone waste a life beside your real love just for being afraid of yours parents reaction? Are the ones that surround us that should pick the one we should be with? No one asked us to be born, but do we really have the right to decide or not? Can anyone deny us that? I love a man who is 17 years older than me, but he is theone i want to stick with. I just say that he is the one i want to be beside me and be happy with. I own myself and if he loves me and respects me untill death do us part, i'll be beside him. loving him and wanting him just like in the first day. I found this love of mine, in a time of my life that i thought i could never find true love. So did him. We talked, saw we had a lot in common and decided to live an intense love story. We are happy today, but i also had to fight the wotld, i still do it every day. But the world won't say not to love and be afraid. It is us who do that, scaring people around us. We love to look around and see others suffering, we can't stand happy people when we're not. It's a loosing feeling, because tv makes us think in a determined way about body measures, fashion, everything. We need to loose weight to have a job and be accepted by men. We have to work out, don't have wrinkles, we can't even think of chocolate cake! Why? Because we won't be accepted by our bosses, because we are not worthhappiness? I think everyone has a value, that's why every human has the right to love and be loved, whether you are forty or fifty years old. Don't you think?
