responsibility and not a Persons choice.The author has given a systematic approach to the situation and critically touches on the ecstacy, the situation as it appears, the real picture, its repercussion and the need areas for rectification. She further evalutes the meaning of Development in the light of Citation from ancient holy books and argues that an all round development is a must to sustain for future.
