This article was ispired to the author,Liudmila, by great quantity of TV- and other news about emotional sufferings of little persons they undergo in their everyday life in their families,at work,by phone.Although this problem is known to all scientists and there are many books written about it,most persons don't think their suffering can be avoided.They limit to suffer and never try to understand where are the roots of their suffering,because it's not enough if you break branches to weed infesting plant you have to weed the roots.Many of us try once to be "good" with others,non accepted our attempt we renounce....and add this failure to our sufferings.According to the opinion of the author there are two points of view on the mistreatments at work too.First and most important is emotional state,stability of the same mistreaten person.Than the autor says there are simple steps to do to enter on the way of healing.These steps don't need special equipment,time,positions of body.You can do them in your car,in your office,in your kitchen and nobody will note you are doing them.The point is you DO them even when you begin to think it's stupidity ecc.The autor describes a simple exercise of everyday meditation too, and explains benefits of doing it for believers of any religion and not believers.She says there is no metter what is your religion,your strong point is you believe in Holyness and this can help you.If you are not believer you can drow benefit from meditation as physical exercise for your soule.The article you can find here:http://interestsgroup.blogspot.com/ and there are links to other resourses that can help you on your way to become happy,enjoy your life and help people near you to become more happy being near a happy person that are you.
