In a street inPalermo, in Buenos Aires, a woman was walking close to the square Italy, a movimented place, when, suddently,came a man and it touchedher clothes and her butagainst her will. The woman, scared, left running, while the man,gently went to a gas station, without imagining that minutes later the womanwould appear followedwith police officers. The Argentine was convicted to one year ofjail for simple sexual abuse. In the sentence,witnesses had alleged that the man tried to seduce the woman and finished committing the abuse. As the man wasn't theprimary male defendant, the penalty finished being drawn outfor two years.
