Yes, it's free and after having used it for some time, together wirh www.wordreference.com, it is one of the best. Once you enter the site, you'll find general information about Spanish language: a Guide in English about Spanish language and a Guide in Spanish about English language. Both contain sections like Pronounciation, Grammar or Irregular Verbs.
Every time you type a word, you'll be given several options to chose from, as maybe the word you typed has several meanings, in case you prefer to use for example, a plural, or its adjective, or perhaps its verbal form. Ok, so once you click on the word, it takes you to its corresponding
translation or translations, idioms, uses, etc, but one of the most useful things, and of course, one of the things that makes the difference is that you can also listen to any word pronounciation. You just have to click on the "sound icon" close to the word. Being a native Spanish speaker and English learner, believe me, this is quite useful!
There is something else not easy to find over there: After having typed a concrete word, in case that word exits in both languages, you'll be given both options: all English and Spanish matches at the same time.
