There is no better time to apply as many Police forces are now recruiting
but you want to be one step ahead of everyone as these jobs are always sought after. The best trick I know is to apply online as you can do a little bit of the form and save it and then continue at a later date. Never rush your form as many applicants fail the first stage because they have not read the form !. They will show you how to complete a good application form and their info pack is full of usful information. My 2 tip would be to join a gym and get really fit as you will need to pass a fitnes test which is not easy so get you running shoes on !
