The best exercise for people of all age groups is walking. All exercise in
moderation is
beneficial. However I have seen
many people overdo it. They compete against each other trying to complete X number of rounds. Most of these people end up with heart problems. There is a limit to what the body can take. It is universally accepted that lack of exercise causes problems but what people fail to realise is that going to the other extreme and overdoing it could land you in serious trouble. Let your walk be comfortable. Swing your arms while walking as this helps to exercise the upper part of the body. Here also please don't overdo it. So for your good health exercise in
