Is this website a scam?

Website Review by: jpenns

There are a lot of scam websites promising an easy way to make a ton of money, if you just pay them $300 RIGHT NOW! You’re
probably aware that these scams exist, but how do you know if any of them are genuine? Well there are websites that promise to weed out the fakes and show you the real ones, but those websites are scams too! Except for this one: www.rommo.net. How do you know it’s not a scam? Because the author doesn’t want your money. Nowhere on the site does he try to sell anything, or take your money in any way. He just researches and reports on the money making offers he comes across, and lets you know if they’re scams. They all are. Surprise, surprise, he has yet to find a get-rich-quick offer that pans out. But the strong writing and intriguing material make for an interesting site, one that saved me from flushing a wad of money down the drain. So does the author (let’s call him Rommo) do all this work out of the goodness of his heart, to save stupid people like me from throwing away their money? Maybe. Maybe his site also makes money off the google ads plastered all over every page. Either way, here’s the kicker: Because of the way google relates its ads to the content of the page they’re displayed on, the ads on www.rommo.net are all for the scams that he’s worked so hard to expose! Is that a moral dilemma for Rommo? At first I thought so, but gradually the truth dawned on me. Rommo works hard to educate you in the pages of www.rommo.net about how these scam artists take advantage of innocent and trusting people. After hearing about that you’ll probably be upset at any low life who would do such a thing. I was angry. I wanted to serve justice out in any way possible, but what could I do? Well, Rommo, bless his heart, mentions that every time somebody clicks on a google ad it costs the advertiser money. So every time you click on a scam artist’s ad, it’s like you’re grabbing a quarter out of those dishonest pockets. But where does that quarter end up? Well if you click on it while on www.rommo.net, it slips neatly into the hands of Rommo, who by now you’ve come to respect and depend on like a protective uncle. I clicked for a long time. You’re welcome Uncle Rommo.
