I bet that most of you people would be involved in some sort of writing or the other in the internet.You''d probably be sending mail,writing resumes,have a writing job or maybe even writing like this in ''Shvoong''.Whatever it is,you should have the best way of writing to gain appeal.I''ve listed out some methods here to write better on the net.Firstly,write less.Write as minimal in every article or email you write.Long email can often be irritating to read.Remember,reading on the screen is harder than on print paper.Secondly,while replying to a mail,include their message.They can often find it difficult to fins out for what your replying at they wouldn''t want to be checking their mail again for it.Another point,use paragraphs.Reading one big piece of text can also be irritating.Of course,I''m not doing it in the article because the editor in ''Shvoong'' automatically converts it into one paragraph.Don''t write in capital letters.It can be understood as a harsh medium of communication.After writing it,don''t forget to read it again.Step into the reader''s shoes and read your text again.Make sure you don''t have any spelling or grammatical errors as they can again cause irritability and more importantly it might sometimes change the whole meaning of the text.So the next time,you write on the computer,don''t forget to follow these steps.
