impression is the most
important in meeting a client. In business, as in life, there is no second opportunity for the first impression. It is very important to prepare for the meeting with the costumer. The first impression is being determined in the first 38 minutes up to 4 seconds from the beginning of the meeting. You have to suit your appearance to the place you intend to go, to the time, and to the audience. Your facial expression must show happiness and pleasantness. You must concentrate in the client's words and leave him with a good taste. The meeting must be in a good mood and allows openness. Our body language should express focusness, seriousness, self confidence and reliability. It's good to remember and assimilate that in order to establish a winning communication you need three qualities: Intuition – Interaction – Emphaty
