News is good ...
Miss Japan is crowned "Miss Universe of 2007" in Mexico ...
its the first time Japan has won since 1959 ... I
suppose the news will
excite some fans of young women prancing about in swim wear or
smart clothes and fancy hairdo''s ... others will feel enraged at
the absurdity of it all.
Fancy picking one woman although only 20 years old to be crowned
Miss Universe over all the rest of the world... what happened to
decency, fairness, democratic rights, and this notion that we
are all equally beautiful in the sight of God! I suppose to answer
my own question ... they dont believe in God, they are
secularists, atheist or have a belief in clothes, good looks
and exhibiting themselves to the zoom lens and the world
as a whole.
At least you have got to give them credit for having the
nerve to walk about in the much debated "bikini" considering
Istanbul went to war last
week or the week before on this
very subject ... I am surprised that nobody threw tomatoes at
them or much worse ... purple dust!
Miss Sweden is one of the few countries, i.e. Sweden to
win the Miss Universe Competition three times, and apparently
Miss Sweden gave it a "miss" this year ... I suppose Sweden
has other fish to fry.
The headpiece is worth $250,000 and this goes with the position
of being Miss Universe 2007 ...
