I have been there before ... so Ray Charles sings on the radio courtesy of the
BBC but then I thought that too ... I
have been there before .... I have seen
the mountain and have climbed to the top of Mont Blanc but then around
every corner there lurks the unexpected trip of a lifetime meaning
metaphorically of couse since once is tied to the ground in no small
measure.
It was absolutely joyous to be published by Pen Himalaya Nepal and I send
great /thanks/ to the Editor: Mukul Dahal who gave me the original
and warm
privelege of /correcting online/ which means that those
awful typing mistakes known in the business as /typos/are now
/on the way out/ it is hard for us former examiners to regard
the mistakes that could be avoided since we are not permitted
to correct and when the work comes spinning back all the
way from the United States of America and no facility to
/correct on line/ you can be sure I get frustrated and have to
take it as it comes.
However the imagery of Pen Himalaya is another point "dear reader"
I wish to emphasise the beautifully snow capped Mountains
in the picture on the website .. and to see my self together with
other contributors as /Featured Poets/ on Pen Himalaya is
truly a great privelege ...
But I must add that I will join the Millionaire''s Club one day
poetically with the sales of my book in America up 100 per cent
