Variable constant or online news .. whatever comes up on the screen you can be confident it will be repeated over and over again to such an extent that one feels inclined to ignore it .. and then suddenly its new interesting and special ...such was the familiarity of the
Turkish blogs I have been received from the USA for 2 years ...

The blog consists of a mixture of news some interesting or dull but I picked up this item on the activities of Mr. Pamuk, the eminent Turkish Novelist and winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2006 .... some work is being discussed in the blog from Grassroots repeating information from New York Times and its useful to comment that some of the news
is surprising.

Mr. Pamuk lived 3 years in New York and this illustrious son of Istanbul according to the New York Times has created a Self Portrait ... some of the anecdotes are amusing such as
Mr Pamuk is a slow writer .... the writer apparently also was a student of architecture for 3 years but withdrew from this study ... Mr. Pamuk was something of a leftist in his youth ... I suppose in British English that means he was a member of his Socialist or Labour party ...

Some of the new writing by Mr. Pamuk stresses this new and exciting relevation about Mr. Pamuk''s childhood and youth ... and Mr Pamuk was in Turkey during the big
Istanbul Earthquake in 1999 ... apparently Pamuk created a shelter out of books under his desk ..... so he saved himself ... lucky guy ...

Lovely story about Mr. Orhan Pamuk courtesy of Grassroots re New York TImes and keep on reading the Turkish blog courtesy of SM Thompson ... great stuff!
