Talk of a recent murder of the elderly in Hampshire and there is no doubt about it you cannot cover the truth .. the mask
is there for all to wear but when it comes to it crime writing is nearer fiction than realism.
The old in England are always in the news .. the British way of life revolves around a
collective noun .. connected with the breakdown of the family through war, divorce or other social conditions .. and as a result we have the collective noun always in use never unemployed and full time working and working around the clock .. on call over 24 hours.
The other tag that captured my imagination is ..... the Pensioner .. save our Pensioners .. means that these people live in a circle of French Society where I
suppose they speak only French at dinner or worse still they live on buses .... I must say I dont go too far with that collective ...... and prefer the word ..........subsitute .. reveal the cover .. and call the person a name I suppose .. John, David, Orhan, Doris, or other names such as Seamus, Tom,
Paul,
Roger
Wendy
Carol Ann
Simon
Stella
Maeve Mustafa, George John Paul Ringo and so on
Crime writer .. I met some crime writers recently and their talk on the development of language in the 21st century intrigued me and I made a point not to digress and use ... those forgotten words .. keep on blogging. .. great stuff. ..
