Social critique and the conventional Middle Class and on the occasion of the
Prize Giving we were told to work towards a working class solution. The menace of the
Middle Class and the College thats really a front for the Middle Class and
the private student that doesnt suffer working class entrants albeit
the bourgeois - come in and out as the rain flowed down.
Class begins in the classroom .. a naturalistic way of describing the
way around and about your College Life. How you felt "working class"
as all the others were secret old boys of Private Fee paying schools,
yet the outcome for all of us is seen in imagery of the class in which you were happiest.
Working class or middle class then we move up to Upper Class .. a way into
the Top Group it used to be described as ........ a recommendation if ever I heard one .. my entry to the Upper Class was in 1966 but I still remember coming from the
Working Class and skipping the Middle Class .. in other words I jumped a class .. if I can do it so can you ... great stuff .. keep on blogging.
