Down tools and run to answer the door .. the
people are at the door .. pounding away day and night about selling or about
handing me their books to read and buy and then coming back to collect their brochures ...... generally regarded as junk mail throughout the world and to be dumped in the trash can of yesterdays news.
But the
people at the door are never convnced that this is the case so one is summoned from whatever one is doing to give credence to the discussion on what one has done to this junk mail ... I
guess its a case sometimes of /use your imagination/
One day some man arrived and got really annoyed .. tough luck as it doesnt take a genius to work out that its simply another unwanted pressure here in the South of England. Why do we put up with it . I guess it follows me around the world wherever I go but this time I am moving to Europe/Mainland and they will never find me there .. well, almost never except for my London Publishers ....... nice work if you can get it ..........
