It read like a tall story and a short tale it turned out to be and the focus of the story is Sir Mick Jagger father of 7 children who, upon walking out to buy two icecreams from his London home fell madly in love with a vintage 1954 icecream van and offered the owner Mr. Guiseppe Della Camera a £100,000 to buy the Icecream van from Guiseppe but unfortunately Sir Mick's offer was turned down and Guiseppe is sticking to ownership of his Icecream Van -- Giuseppe Della Camera had been in Wandsworth Common when Sir Mick arrived with his son and bought 2 icecreams!
Fancy turning down Sir Mick Jagger's offer of £100,000 ... he should be so lucky I guess .. (I wonder if Sir Mick would like to buy my book assuming the offer still stands so the answer from the poet would be "yes" to a sum of £100,000) but Guiseppe turned down Sir Mick's offer as he plans to drive his daughter to her wedding in his vintage 1954 icecream van ..... thanks Wenn .. interesting blog!
