In a summarize way, it is said that the e-commerce is the one that englobes any form of commercial transaction in which the parts involved interact electronically and not in a traditional way through direct physical exchanges; this activity is helping in changing the world into a planetary village, whereby undeveloped countries like Venezuela should be part of this process; most of the trade transactions held on the net are made in English language, due to the fact that the first growing and penetration of the internet was directed to Anglo-Saxon markets, aiding the current evolutive disparity of this tool with other markets whose languages are different to English, the slow growing of penetration of e-business in Venezuela should be solved through the adding of related subjects in pre-grade and post-grade in the diverse university careers of the country; however, preview to the manufacture of curricular schemes of these subjects, and taking into account the need of learning about the technical English used in e-commerce, it should be studied the level of expectation in the students whom the proposed subject would be taught probably; that is the plan which aids to the development of the present project, taking as sample the students of the 8th semester of the Modern Language School in the Arturo Michelena University.
