Globalization:-Globalization may offer piece and almost equal opportunities to theentire world but it may also destroy different cultures which existtoday:-Globalization means a view which covers the whole world. Now a dayspeace is the problem of the whole world. Peace is shattered everywhere.There is corruption everywhere. Law and order situation is worse. It isthe need of the time that we all should join hands and work foruniversal peace. When we think of some view universally, we have tothink above the level of culture. It is not possible to follow differentcultures at different places in different atmospheres. Culture is theproduct of a particular community. When we talk about some view which isglobalized, we have to think above thee level of culture. In this way wecan say if we work on something of universal level we have to thinkabove the cultures. In this way we have to realize that if our views andperformances are globalized, our culture will be destroyed.It is the need of the time that we should think about the whole world.All the people in the world should be given equal opportunities to workfor the betterment of the whole world. They should be given equalbenefits. They should be given equal opportunities for research, forinnovations. When all the people will work in the same interest, theywill have a chance to use their best talents.
