online advertising is more effective. Young adults who are between 16 and 24 year old communicate
with each other by e-mails and IM early in the morning or at lunchtime. 37% of
online advertising is concerned with writing e-mails on sites such as MSN's Hotmail. Teens find the Internet most favorable channel for advertising. Radio, Magazine and Cinema are at the back of their interest.
MSN EMEA RSD Marc Bresseel stated that now they compose 40 million consumers. The Net is a very important tool in teens' daily lives. Markets should take this into consideration when planning their online advertising campaigns.
