Two month ago I purchased a Router model DI-704up from D-link Company, for 400 NIS. Latly I hade drastic problems with the
tracker that did not enable me to surf. After some failed attempts to solve this problem myself, I called today (Monday) to
customer services of the Company and left a massage on the answering machine. After 30 minutes a guy called me and introduce hemself as a customer services
representative of D-link in Israel. I talked with the representative about the problem and he explained to me how should I act to solve this problem. After 45 minutes the problem was solved. This problem identified within the customer services as this product not support with Windows 98 and Linux, but probably support on Macintosh following a guidebook I received for Router installing in Macintosh. In spite of them not supporting Windows 98, customer services representative helped me in brief and at last succeed to solve the problem. The representative maintain that Windows 98 is not authentic and have don communication problems. Maybe he is right. More useful guidebooks, like opening ports on Routers you may have on the Hebrew or English site of the Company.
