I was priveleged to listen to Radio 4 and caught the end of the play on Sunday afternoon broadcast and recognized the dulcet tones of Joanna Lumley Ph.D (so I believe) as
narrator .. its an amazing step forward to find that even on BBC Radio 4 one can
simply switch on and get the band on straight away. The familiar voice of the
actor or actress imposes this condition upon one but it is a help towards inventing a part for the actor and director in
teaching Drama at University.
How
long can you go on . . as long as needs be ..but I tend to
say that I must pronounce my own way in English as I am teaching not acting. Of course I could reverse the metaphor and say .. I can act .. too .. passed my actor role at College also .. keep up the good
work on BBC Radio 4 on Sunday Plays slot! Excellent work from Joanna Lumley actress in English!
