Workers are set to strike today and all the areas are affected are mentioned in the Sky News blog. Edinburgh,
London, Essex, and some others but fortunately we are not on strike here in Hampshire. The Royal Mail has commented that it is not in favour of the strike and the
postal workers are striking on the issues of pay and job losses!
It can affect our delivery of post of course and last week I got an email from London with the usual apology for the delay in post as London Postal Workers were on strike and it was slowing down delivery of the post.
However, Royal Mail has assured us that the post will plan to continue as normal! Its such a pity that industrial action has to be taken as it results in such chaos for we authors! Hard work!
