It's called point of view writing and depending on whose point of view one is listening to depends on how one gets the right
end of the argument. Sir Paul
McCartney was interviewed yesterday by Steve Wright and I suppose the points McCartney makes are that Paul was born in Liverpool and went to school with John Lennon and then formed the
Beatles The Fab Four!
But the story has a different twist .. one could argue that Paul and John were both born in Liverpool went to school together dissolved the Beatles and John Lennon was assassinated in America because he blasphemed the Christian Faith ... it depends on whose point of view one is listening to.
I must admit I do hate the ghetto mentality when all is being said is that none of the Beatles were born in A Palace, Or a Country Estate, or a Villa in the South of France .... I suppose there are people still alive were born in Palaces, Country Estates and French Villas or possibly in Hospitals ....... the beginning of publically famosu lives seems to have become more important than anything else achieved during the life span ....... possibly it would be good to see how these people have contributed to world peace or world economic stability but that's not on the table at the moment.
Enjoyable show ... The Steve Wright Show on BBC Radio 2 ........ nice work!
