File
sharing and its ramifications are a must at present. I have been filing on the floor, on the chair and on the
table for over 2 years and I believed it was the best solution to keep my files close at hand as every time I get a call from Business I am asked to get that file out and seek out the information needed for the call. I jumped to attention for several years
and made sure that all my files were up to date .. in fact I bought several large
cardboard boxes and moved my updated files in date order into these cardboard
boxes.
However, the space was disappearing fast under the weight of my file and I decided to file share with a colleague and at the weekend I collected all the information and the
paperwork and sorted it out numerically, alpabetically and colour coded the paperwork to an
exact level that would have been required in my IBM Office all those years ago.
However, my career came to my rescue and I managed to scramble the remaining
files into my brand new French Briefcase and now everything is as it should be ... my file
sharing has gone from strength to strength and all the work is in order ..... excellent stuff keep on reading the blogs ...
