Sharing Files On Desktop PCs.Sometimes you may require to share files between PCs. The situations may arise in various
ways like I m taking the example of this site only If I want to write any abstract I can do it in two ways either I can write entire thing or simply I can upload my existing file. I have net
connected to one system and file on other system in that case I can simply share my file from other system to the present system and upload it to the site. And some other situation like we don''''t have required
hardware connected to the system at that time we can share the file to the system where we have that hardware and we can do the required task.Like this we require files to be shared on systems most of the times. For this we just need the systems connected on a network.In order to share files we can follow this process put the file into a folder and go to properties of that folder and go to sharing and check the option share this folder if u want only limited users can access this we can write it there other wise press Apply and OK. There is other way to do this copy the file put it in shared documents. In either way we can do file sharing. If there is password for the system we must know the password in order to get the shared file..
