The yahoo provider offers his
customers the opportunity to not only have a totaly free email account, but also an address
book, a notebook and a calendar. Especially the calendar is very interesting because a common access for the
customers is offered here. That means you can choose the option for all of the selected friends or all users to access the calendar. This is e.g. useful if there is a meeting or important
appointments with a certain group of friends or co-workers, you can then inform them or simply mark the date for the public to see it on the calendar, so nobody will miss the event. You can also pick the option to get access to extern calendars. This can be a very practical tool at our daily work. As soon as we get used of sharing files, we can save lots of time, because then we don´t have to write as many emails or make as many calls anymore, to inform our friends, relatives or co-workers about different appointments.
