As an IBS sufferer, finding this
website, run by creator and foodwriter Heather, was a blessing, and before finally stumbling on it in a desperate search for relief, I suffered nearly every day with agonizing symptoms, believing I was alone.
The
good news I discovered was that I wasn''t, and a
message board filled with talkative people willing to share stories,
recipes, and experiences helped me to realize that just because IBS is uncurrable, doesn''t mean I have to suffer and hide it away.
On the message boards,
free recipes for safe and healthy meals, free of dairy, red meat, egg yolks, etc are easily obtained, but if there''s a question on your mind then you need to create an account. The good news is that this is free, and that ever since joining this site, asking the
right questions and eating the right foods, my symptoms have dramatically improved. The only problem I face is the need to snack on chocolate or chips, which aren''t very helpful to me, but I''m working on getting over that as well thanks to Heather''s website.
