knickers - what used to be known as Continental Panties .. very tight around the bottom and stomach and it really does make a difference. Marks and Spencer are selling these knickers for ladies .. so do try again and I am both you and your friends will notice the difference ... I did ... it worked for me ........getting rid of the fat and looking good in 2008 ... great stuff! As for the men ...lots of exercises and smart looking jeans I guess! Wow! You would hardly know me . I look good!
