Speciality diets are both a blessing and a curse for the
catering trade.
On one hand if you do it well you can make
a name for your self and build a solid customer base that feel safe eating in your establishment.
On the other hand if mess up a single meal not only do you risk damaging your reputation but also harming your customer, who depending on there particular requirements could even need hospital treatment to rectify your mistake.
Recently I have had a few people come in needing a
