The basic force of
action on its prime glitter of comments and displays. Does a hungry stomach
look out for options and variations? Or a formal display? The formalities and systematic arrangements are for the complacent, well placed people who need not think or bother about tomorrow. They look upon the selective part of '
food and
drink' in order to 'maintain' their exclusive supremacy.
It is just the need of the moment for the day's survivor. Food and drink on his view is a plate of meal and one or two tumblers of water. Then the next course of action for the next set of food and drink.
I am not opposing the very nature of art merged in perceiving the momentum of 'food and drink'. Yes, there is a way and
means for everything what we do. There is always a systematic process to lead and be led. I am only trying to make my comment clear by highlighting the hypocritical sideline getting predominantly along. The way it is hosted and the way it is served. As if the 'supremos' are born to deserve such exaggerated royal treatments.
In the course of time, it becomes a must and the casual and informal ways get faded. Abnormally out in the blue. It is as though outdated and inferior to a moderate and developed
society. So called!
Food of course, depends on the taste and tradition. But drink? It is not just a glass or tumbler of water. Drinking water is sidelined as a need of a 'gulp' in various parties. There, the drink means a drink which must make you intoxicated. The first course of welcome is with a drink followed by many such drinks as you wish till you lose yourself. Then a grand menu of food to follow. (The very next morning, you won't remember what you ate!). Oh! what a tremendous recognition for a careful preparation and display!
Thanks to the world of
modern touches. Congrats to the modern society. Hats off to the volume of hypocrisy.
